A reakci\u00f3k\u00f6t\u00e9ses szil\u00edciumkarbid (RBSC), f\u00e9mes szil\u00edciumr\u00e9szecsk\u00e9kkel infiltr\u00e1lva, sz\u00e9n- vagy grafit-el\u0151form\u00e1kba infiltr\u00e1lva, amelyek e folyamat sor\u00e1n nem zsugorodnak; \u00edgy nagyon pontos m\u00e9retekkel rendelkez\u0151 alkatr\u00e9szek hozhat\u00f3k l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n<p>Az RBSC-vel val\u00f3 besziv\u00e1rg\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en magas h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kleten nitrid\u00e1l\u00e1snak vetik al\u00e1. Ez\u00e1ltal a f\u00e9mes szil\u00edcium SiC-nitridd\u00e9 alakul \u00e1t, \u00e9s a fennmarad\u00f3 p\u00f3rusokat szil\u00edciumkarbid h\u00e1l\u00f3zati anyaggal t\u00f6lti ki.
